Unable to Edit/Change the iview name

Hi All,

I am trying to edit an Iview by name "Status Overview" to appraisal but the changes are not saved but getting as named changed successfully as message.

It was even happening for few other iviews as well.

Please let me know what could be the reason for this issue and the solution.
