SP13 upgrade stuck (Netweaver 7.4) in portal

Hi Team,

I am doing EP SP13 upgrade(Netweaver 7.4). But, it got stuck in configuration phase. Also, server0 is also stopped for EP.

Now, I am not able to start server0. There is no specific error found in work dir.

Tried to restart it manually, It tried to restart 4 times then failed. ICM is up and running.

Please suggest, how to start server0.
