Jco's connection test failed

hi experts,

i have configured Jco settings but when i test jco "SAP_R3_Financials_MetaData" i get the following error

same with other Jco's also.

i created two logon groups in smlg SPACE and PUBLIC and assigned SPACE logon group to Meta Data's.

please help me out.
