We have opentext VIM Approval Portal(Invoice Management) installed on our Portal systems.
version is 7 SP3 on non-production and 6 SP5 on Production.
Now we have a problem:
We are upgrading our Portal system from 7.01 to 7.31. And we got
attached error during upgrde. The VIM Approval Portal was not in the
stack file, and with it actually installed as a component, the SUM
didn't know what to do.
We had to choose to undeploy VIM Portal before upgrade and install it
again after the upgrade. However, this will cause downtime for Approval
Portal during business days. (the downtime for upgrade is in weekend,
but the preparations are in business days).
Please let me know if you have any ideas avoiding this. Thanks in advance for your help.
